Auto accidents, trucking accidents, defective products, medical malpractice, hospital errors, and more.  We can meet with you at your home if your injuries prevent travel to our Cool Springs office.  We attempt to resolve your claim by settlement if reasonable compensation can be obtained.  If not resolved by agreement, we will set the case for trial before a jury.

Estate Planning/Probate.  A Last Will and Testament, a Living Will, and a Power of Attorney for Healthcare are important for every family.  These are not just for wealthy property owners.  These documents provide instructions as to the custody of your minor children, as well as make clear your intentions about end of life medical treatment.  This planning is a responsible and caring thing to do for your loved ones.
